Refund problem

I ordered something on Dec 26th from Germany with an estimated delivery date of Jan 25. The messages keep saying due to covid could take much longer. Well the item has arrived and the seller keeps saying there are covid delays..

 

I finally initiated a case to get a refund, and after 3 days, the seller hasnt responded. I tried to ask ebay to step in but then it says since its been over 30 days, I am now outside of the window for a refund. 

 

There's no way to contact ebay. The live chat is down and I tried to call them and its down. The website wont let me do anything. 

 

Any way I can get a refund?

Do you mean that the item has not arrived?

 

If you are past eBay's deadline, you may be able to pursue a case through PayPal (if you used PayPal) or your funding source. PayPal and many credit cards allow up to 180 days from the original purchase to make a claim.

Yes, the item never arrived.

 

Okay, I forgot about the  credit card dispute. I will look into this.
