Refund item arrival case

I asked for delivery confirmation because the item I purchased did not come. So I got a refund a while ago. But today the thing arrived. The seller sent me an e-mail, but it went to spam and I couldn't verify it. Today I apologized to the seller and would like to repay the normal amount for this transaction. The penalty given to the seller is also my mistake, so I want to invalidate it. The items are as follows: Armboard Birch Plywood Blank for Thorens TD124 9 inches Order number: 01-06448-20094 Please let me know how I can pay. Thank you.

Message the seller and let them know you want to repay for the item.

The seller can send you an invoice through Pay Pal so you can pay.

I have the same issue as the seller.  I sent an item, cross country, on December 6th.  USPS graced us by delivering it today, January 19th!

The buyer messaged me that she would like to pay since I refunded her weeks ago.  The solution here is to send a Paypal invoice but how does one do that these days since ebay won't let us have email addresses.

Does anyone know if it is possible to send a Paypal invoice using the ebay message email?  For example:  123a456b789c@members.ebay.com
