Receiving error Access Denied when posting reply to message.

When posting a reply to a seller for a return I get the response:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SendMessage" on this server.

It doesn't matter if I use my desktop or android mobile app.

I can only use eBay's messaging in Safe Mode Networking as well as other buttons like Print Shipping Label, Edit, Sell Similar Item all related to selling !!!

Using IE w/MS7 when using google chrome my computer will buffer then lock up with no google response. If it were not for paypal shipping I would be dead in the water.

How long ago was the transaction? If more than sixty days, try contacting the seller through a current listing or through the seller's profile page and do not use the item number of the old transaction.

If you are past sixty days or the item has been removed from the site you will likely have to pursue a return through PayPal or your payment method.

It is very recent.  I used buy it now on the 9th for the item and received it yesterday and started the return.  The seller responded to my initial query twice and I am trying to reply to his message.

As of this morning I still receive the error message.

Not sure why you are getting that error message, but you might try to contact the seller using the link on their feedback or profile page as an alternative.
