When I go to the purchase history page to see how my orders are doing, I keep getting the same error and nothing else. I first experienced the issue on the 7th of June, I think. I don't really remember when the problems started. The error is a red rectangle with a red circle in it, which has this text: "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." I keep getting this error no matter what, and I need help with fixing the problem. I'm using Firefox 77.0.1 on a Mac laptop, the OS is El Capitan. If anyone can help me out to get the issue fixed ASAP, please do so when you can. Thanks for reading this.

Same issues with others, but the second link from the above post worked for me (not the first one). I'm using Chrome on 10. Android app seems to be working okay, just harder to use than the webapp.

Same issue here. Tried Firefox, Chrome and Brave browsers (all up to date) on a Win10 machine (also up to date). Tried all the alt links but no luck. Cannot get past the error and will not show Purchase History. Any help ebay?

The second and fourth links worked for me. I can't understand why eBay doesn't fix this. I can access part of this list now on my android phone, but it only goes back two pages (an improvement from one page a few days ago). Thank you for the links. But there is no reason that we shouldn't be able to navigate directly there from other pages. Tech people--where are you? This has been going on way too long!

A quick update:
The two links (2nd and 4th) did connect me to my purchase history, but in my usual Chrome browser I was unable to go past page 1. I tried Firefox, and I was able to go farther back. But the appearance was a bit different, and smaller. Again, this is a bad situation. We should not have to work this hard to see something we used to find effortlessly.
