Purchase History Missing

If I search my purchase history, it shows nothing for the month of March.  I know I had purchases as my credit card bill shows eBay charges.

Is it possible you have more than one eBay account?

You only received one feedback for a purchase in March on this account.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Only one account but did look at my feedback left for others.  See none for March.  Started on this journey trying to reconcile my credit card statement, which does show eBay purchases.  Going to have to dig a little deeper.  Thanks for the quick reply and opening my eyes to others paths.

I have the same issue. I'm missing most of my purchases. All of 2020 and half of 2021. I can verify your claim because my feedback history. It shows the last 12 months of missing purchases where feedback was exchanged.

On another thread a user suggested checking your eBay Bucks transactions page if you are enrolled; that provided a more complete list of transactions that the Purchase History for that user.

If you know what you are looking for, try searching your Purchase History -- that may dig up transactions that do not appear otherwise in the yearly view.

Some Orders are missing from purchase history (April 6, 2022)

Therefore, eBay have acknowledged it was broken since at least April 2022.  The order page itself still seems to exist if you go straight there, but orders are missing from the summary and order history.  I'm currently navigating to old orders from messages.
