When I receive an item I catalog it and add notes to its entry in my Purchase History file. If I change windows the note disappears and I have to reenter it. If I hide the item the note disappears. If I add the note again in the hidden files and change windows, the note disappears. I have reported this technical issue twice to eBay and they "fix" it but the fix only lasts a few days.
