Do not let the title fool you! This applies to buyers as well as sellers.
If this is enacted, sellers will either have to keep track and keep updated, the tax rates in thousands of tax jurisdictions, and remit those taxes to each jurisdiction. Or pay a service to do so.
This complicates online sales and raises prices for products.
