Have had an issue since the new advanced promotion beta came out where I cannot promote listings for the business account I work for from my personal account despite having all necessary permissions, I was able to promote hundreds of listings beforehand, but everything is greyed out as if I don't have permissions even though I do. I went through eBay seller support a couple times via chat and call and have made no progress.
Details: My personal account is not a seller account, but that hasn't been an issue in the past due to me creating and promoting listings from the business accounts seller hub.
I can still create listings and save as drafts or even list them I am only having issues with promotion.
There are no issues with promoting from the business account itself and we are currently using this as a work around however it is not a viable long-term solution.
