Promoted not working

THIS IS DAY 11 of no promoted sales .. my data is flat showing zeros for the past week in promoted .. 75% of my sales come from promoted .. this is serious! I know it’s not just me if I am experiencing this do are many others!  I put in a ticket and wrote on this community board also filled out issues on the site NOTHING IS FIXED .. if I’m losing money so is eBay ‼️

Subscribing to promoted listings doesn't guarantee that you will get sales. 
In order to "fix it" buyers need to buy, if they aren't buying there is nothing you or eBay can do.

Most buyers don't care if it's promoted or not, if they don't want to buy, they wont.

Promoting just says more people will see your listings, not more people will buy your items.
