I am starting to see a lot of blank spaces for promoted listings on active listings. The last item I looked at was a 1913 Barber Quarter. The listing showed only 2 promoted listings wither all other spots empty space. There are loads of simlar Barber Quarters that coin have filled the promoted listings slot.
We have also noticed our promoted listings click rate has dropped by at least half. From September 17-June 18 have never had less then 400 clicks per day. Starting mid July that number steadily declined to now as low as 186 clicks per day yesterday. Something is DEFINITELY wrong with the promoted listings showing in the coin category.
