Promoted listings (Standard) CSV upload not adding new listings.

For the past several weeks adding new listings via CSV appears to be broken. New listings are not being added even though they seem to be "ingested" without errors during the CSV upload process. Not clear if existing promoted listings are also updating properly via CSV.

Did you adapt your CSV upload to the most recent changes in the API? It changed again about a month ago.

Do you have a link to that info? I'm just using the "Item ID" & "Ad Rate" column fields as specified when uploading my CSV via the dashboard method. It seems to upload fine with no errors given.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this issue? I'm really stumped on it. Today I uploaded 4770 listing into a campaign via CSV with no errors. However the campaign is only showing and reporting it has 4727 listings. The discrepancy are all the latest listing additions dating back 2-3 weeks or maybe somewhat more.
