Promoted Listings

Noticed sales went down a lot the last day, and I looked for my promoted listings, and they are not showing. I then searched for other items, and I am not seeing any promoted listings on ebay at all!!! Anyone else notice this?

Example, Generic Airpods, and you will not see one promoted listing, and as of yesterday, you could see many

I am unable to add new listings to my existing PL campaign, but eBay has graciously created a NEW one that I can use. I just prefer to use the one I created, but it's not showing as a selection, only the New one is. 😞 I hope they fix it soon. I put a bug report in from the PL page in my Seller Hub.
