Noticed today on a larger item that I sold, received an offer, the only thing the offer stated was at the buyer would be automatically charged if I accepted the offer, nothing about this offer coming from a promotion which I have seen in the past on my listings. Was charged a $30 fee after the fact stating that it was sold via promotion except that was never notified on the original offer. Talk to eBay and of course immediately stated there's nothing they can do about it but yet no ticket went in for it and it's an issue.
