Promoted Listing Dashboard Has Lost All Data

So I had a few items sell and went to my promoted listing dashboard to look at the sales report to see if I would be getting a add fee for those items. I went to the seller hub and hovered my mouse over marketing and selected promoted listing. It took a really long time for the page to load and the wheel just kept spinning way longer than normal. After a few mins I was about to open a new page and try again when it finally loaded.

 

I noticed right away all of the sale information was gone with 0 impressions, 0 clicks, and 0 sold not being correct for the last 31 days. Even so I clicked on sold and clicked on view sales report. This also took a long time to load and finally came up blank as well. 

 

I then went back to the promoted listing dashboard which again took a long time to reload. When it came back up I scrolled down to campaigns. Both my current campaigns were there along with my ended campaigns. However all of the data was gone from these as far as sales and add fees. The only information showing was the number of listings in my active campaigns.  

 

I was able to go to the account page and look at my fee's to verify that my last 2 sales did not get charged a add fee but now the real question is are these campaigns still running? With the data loss should I end them and start new ones? Will Ebay be able to recover this data that has clearly been lost?

 

I was using MS Edge on a fully updated win 10 pc. I confirmed this is also happening on Chrome. Also last night on Edge, Chrome, and my Android phone I kept getting DNS errors when trying to access Ebay. Is this just another DNS issue on your end where the servers with this data can not be accessed?

 

I am not sure if I tagged this correctly so other users please forward to a @ebay just in case.

Also under the promotions dashboard it looks like the data for my current sales is not populating and even the number of listings I am running a sale on are not showing. I checked a few of my listings and the sales banner does appear to be showing.dash 2.jpg

We are seeing the same problems.  Also had trouble loggin in today.

I called support and the rep was able to see the same issue. She checked with her coworkers and they had been receiving calls for the same issue but no one had filed a bug report yet. She said she filed a repot but if her coworkers were getting calls about the issue and had not filed a report who is to say if she really reported it. IT is kind of like that dishwasher detergent commercial where the kid says," My mom washes the dishes before she puts them in the dishwasher. SO WHAT DOES THE DISHWASHER DO?".

 

SO IN THIS CASE USERS CALL EBAY TO REPORT ISSUES TO THEIR SUPPORT STAFF YET THE SUPPORT STAFF DOES NOTHING THEN WHAT DOES THEIR SUPPORT STAFF DO?

Feels like we have been in an ebay maintenance cycle for at least a few weeks now.  Data goes missing.  Can't sign in.  Foreign languages appearing.  Just a mess.  Tough to get motivated to do anything ebay related while the site is in such a funk.  We are going to cross our fingers and hope that we all come out okay on the other side of this maintenance cycle.

I used to work for a outsourced call center that did usage and warranty repair set up for a major electronics manufacture. Most of the time our job was to handle the majority of the call volume for usage and if need be setting up repair for in warranty items. Our 2nd job was to reduce calls to their real warranty department for customers who were to far out of warranty to do anything for them. This way they would not get bogged down and have to spend to much time fielding calls that would go no were. This was to reduce cost and labor on their end. So we would field the calls take the angry insults and treats from customers 2 to 3 years out of warranty trying to get something for nothing. IF need be a sup on our end would take over the call. 

 

I get their reasoning as to why they constantly do not report issues ands create bug reports. The company they work for pushes their reps not to send work to the client which would be eBay and their server team. But these are not a warranty issue that can not be addressed or fixed. eBay is a website where buyers and sellers connect to exchange goods and money. Not reporting site issues causes problems to go on with out being looked into and fixed. Plus the longer issues are not reported and acknowledged it just increases the call volume of users reporting issues and increases their cost of service. So while the normal routine for how their out sourced call center handles issues might work to reduce cost for a manufacture's warranty support line it does nothing and in fact increases the cost of support and ensures sales are disrupted for a company like eBay,

We are having the same issues as well not being able to use the compatibility option which causes us not to be able to list for today or yesterday. I just got off the phone with ebay and they stated I was the only one that has called about the existing issue. I am not sure if they are just not telling me the truth or more ebay customers need to call them to let them know.   After explaining to the tech team  what is occurring , I was literally told I can't list until they can figure out why my compatibility or draft aren't working properly. I also included pictures of our promoted listing and the compatibility issue. For sure ebay is having issues with customers stores.
