Problems reported for Months

Besides ebay being slow due to loading advertisements, I get messages 'something went worng, try again later'. Could not send a message to a seller. ebay, when are you going to clean up this sites software issues? It worked perfectly for the last 10 years until the last few months. Also, stop trying to sell my items at 50% off without me even changing or revising the listing. ebay changes the listings by themselves. Are you kidding?

Have you downloaded AD BLOCK PLUS to your browser?  If your still using IE, get rid of it.  The slowing of your computer tells me your doing or not on one of these 2.

You are not alone, I am having the same problems as well as blink white pages. Ebay is having software issues and claims they are working to resolve the problem but it has been going on as you said for 2-3 months now. As for "Ad Blocker" like someone else suggested, it will help but ebay needs to stop trying to pimp us (lol). I use both IE and IOS and the problem is on both operating systems.
