Text keeps disappearing every time I try to send a message to the seller via "Contact Seller". Goes all glitchy.

Yep, the Grammarly extension is what was causing the problem. That was annoying - also annoying I have to disable it, so I hope someone figures out whose bug it is and fixes it.
P.S. Using Chrome on OS X High Sierra.

I love Grammarly and have it also. I don't want to disable it for the Ebay issue because I depend on it too much. Since it does it NOWHERE else but on Ebay--I'm thinking it's a problem in Ebay. Is there someone in Ebay that could check? I mean, for the fees & all that are charged seller's, you would think this would be an important issue that Ebay should for their customer's sake be checking into.

If you are using the Grammarly browser extension, you should be able to disable it for individual sites or web pages. In fact, I just installed it in Firefox to test it, and I see an icon in the corner of the text box I'm typing in now. If I hover the cursor over it, one of the options is "Disable on this website". If you don't see that icon, you can disable the extension by other means, usually by selecting an icon (mine looks like a "G" in a green circle) on the browser menu bar or status bar.
