Problem with ebay bulk shipping labels

Hello 

I have been using the new bulk shipping label printing the last few days and it has made my life extremely more easy. After a few days using it I started to have problems.  I will be able to hit the  buy shipping labels button but after a few seconds of the page loading it sends me an error message telling me "Cant load shipping labels " or something of that sort.  I found out today that I could got to my email and there I will find a pdf with all the labels so the payment was accepted and the labels generated it just did not loaded them. My issue is  that I cant find a way to print the labels list. The label list is extremely useful to me and tho ebay sends me a message with a pdf with the shipping labels where I can print them it does not send a message with the labels list for me to print. Does anyone knows how to access the labels list?  when there is this kind of error? Thanks

I attached here a picture of the report. This report is create by hitting the: "print label list"  after you pay for the shipping labels on the bulk shipping label window.  This reprot is very helpfull cause it contains the address, name, amount I paid for shipping etc

Bulk shipping is apparently not working at all this moment. This is a crippling setback. Especially since the only workaround is for me to ship an extra 10 packages this morning, one at a time. The cut-and-paste method of uploading tracking numbers cannot be trusted, as when it frequently fails, the tracking numbers CANNOT be uploaded. This is an expensive failing.
