Problem with ebay Paypal

Have been having same issues on and off over the last 2 weeks.  Trying to process from cart or from purchases or any other way Paypal keeps looping back to the payment page and doesn't process the payment.  Keep retrying over and over and suddenly it will work for one purchase and then starts all over again with the next.  In some cases sellers have had to wait days for payment.

Try manually clearing your PayPal cookies and see if that allows you to complete your transaction.

Other things to try: use a different browser; use the eBay app; check on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

Thanks, will try everything to see if I can get it to work.  Sellers have been very good about waiting to see if I can Paypal for recent items.
