Problem with Resume Draft

I'm having a problem with resume draft. Every time I click resume draft it takes me to the log in page and then verify I'm human and the cycle continues every time.  I will let me resume draft on the phone app but not the computer.

Try using another browser, or a private or incognito browser window. If that works, try manually erasing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

Thank you.  Was using Google on 2 computers and it was giving the same problem. When I opened Microsoft edge browser it's working fine.
