This is the second category related problem I have encountered this week. I often use the "Sale Event" feature in Promotions to put certain categories in my store on sale. The choices are Ebay Categories, Store Categories or All Inventory. I always choose Store Categories. When you click on Store Categories and scroll to the bottom of the categories shown, you have a choice to choose "Show Active Categories Only" OR "Show All Categories". Here is the problem. Whichever you choose ONLY "Show Active Categories" works. The "Show All Categories" choice will still only shows your categories with active listings.
Just to see, I chose Ebay Categories to compare. With this choice, you can choose "Show All Categories" or "Show Active Categories" and they both work.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I would appreciate if an eBay employee from the technical team took a look at this and let us know what is being done.
