Problem Submitting a Counteroffer

I have an offer and been trying to make a counteroffer for 2 hours now ... Just hanging & blue circle spinning.

I find when I have a technical issue like you describe, I just leave the page, then when I return it always seems to work. I usually only wait a few minutes too. Try it and see if it helps. You can also try a new offer. Best of luck to you....

As a seller trying to submit a counteroffer to an offer which a buyer sent how would the seller go about "turning it into a new offer"?

Doesnt work for me. Just goes to blank page which the address bar shows as being fully loaded. Refresh and same thing over and over again.
