Does anybody have problems printing order confirmations? I have been doing it for years, but all of a sudden, they only print out in landscape format. It is cumbersome, and the type is so small, it's hard to read. All my default settings are to "portrait", but they still come out in landscape. Is it me, or is it the new eBay page?

I'm using Firefox and the Order Form will print out in Portrait but as stated above the print is so SMALL you can't read it. I've been using the Micro Soft Snipping Tool to print. Click on the Order, then the Printer Friendly
Page (HA!). Next I enlarge my Computer Screen View and then use the Snipping Tool to copy the view and print it out. I can get the text bigger but it is a little fuzzy. I can't believe no one checks these "updates" before they make them live.

I'm using Windows 10 and Google Chrome, and this is what I have to do:
- View order details
- Printer Friendly Page
- Print Screen
- Open Printscreen (xxx) file
- Crop image, to delete all peripheral objects in image
- Print file
It still comes out landscape, but it's normal size and very readable. A little cumbersome, but it's the best I can come up with. Hopefully, it's only a tempoary glitch, but I'm beginning to doubt that.

In your Seller Hub, on the Manage All Orders page, choose "Print packing slip and more" option in the drop down menu beside the sold item. Choose "order receipt" (it defaults to packing slip, so you must do this step & unclick the packing slip), and print. All the same information as is on the Order Details page is included here, just in a different order/format. Very readable, portrait, and fairly easy.

Thanks for the response. This wasn't working before, but it does now. It took about two months , but they finally fixed it!

General printing suggestions:
What browsers have you tried?
Check to see how your browsers are set to treat PDF files -- for best results use a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDFs. Often browsers have issues opening PDF files in a browser tab directly using the built-in capabilities. Sometimes a browser update will affect your default settings, so this is something to check if you are having problems printing, along with making your your printer is selected in the print preview.
Are you able to see the print preview of the page?
Try printing using Control-P or the link to the system dialog if the print menu or print icon option is not responsive. If you are using Microsoft Edge, try using Control-Shift-P to print.
