Can't answer ebayers question message

I've been trying for days to answer an ebayers message question about a listing and it keeps saying "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later" .

Where are you trying to answer the question, your selling page or eBay messages? If one is not working, try the other.

Or answer from your email, that usually works when answering on Ebay is glitchy.

Hi, I'm not sure what causes it, but this happens from time to time. Go to messages > click on the buyer's eBay ID > Contact > select the item from the menu or "This is not about an item" (doesn't matter which one).
