Postal Linkage from USPS FirstClass mail to USPS Priority Mail

Since, eBay's platform move;

The weight calculation synchronization from USPS First Class mail to USPS Priority Mail does not automatically calibrate.

For a single item with weight under 1 lbs and listed as USPS First Class mail, all is great.  If a Buyer selects four items (same listing) the mail calculation does not adjust for USPS Priority Rate.  It locks on USPS First Class mail and simply adds the additional weight.  The weight limitation for USPS First Class is 1 lbs. So, the rate calculation, service and posted shipping cost to customers is incorrectly assessed higher.

I have noticed the same thing and agree that there is a calibrating error for multiple first class items in a single order.    This is just a community forum of buyers and sellers, so Ebay should be contacted directly, either using their contact us form and requesting a call back or doing a live chat.  Personally, I find much quicker and better communication and results going through the Ebay for Business Facebook page.  If you use it, don't post a public message there, rather use the send private message icon.  You will get personal help that way.  They can get it reported and get an IT ticket created.  They will tell you if one is already created and add your account to the list.
