Postage refusing to work

When trying to purchase a royal mail postage label via ebay to send item to buyer after paying with PayPal for it it just bounces back to a search items screen and no label? Tried a few times and no postage generated, better not be charging my PayPal account rach time!!?

Are you able to save the label to a pdf and then print it?
