Postage options vanished

Today I have been trying to post two items for sale on eBay UK. When I try to fill in the domestic postage options, all options have disappeared apart from only one, which involves eBay managing the shipping via DPD, with no cost provided. I do not want this option, I want to be able to post domestically using Royal Mail, as usual. Is this a technical issue or is it a new permanent eBay fixture?

Sign out here and sign back in to ebay.co.uk to see prices in pounds and UK shipping options.

Make sure you are not following any ebay.com links or using any ebay.com bookmarks. Be careful not to use an ebay.com listing to "sell similar". If you use your browser's autocomplete feature to enter page addresses, clear your recent browser history to prevent it from suggesting ebay.com pages you have recently visited.

You may want to post your question on community.ebay.co.uk @myauntusedtohaveone . Our settings here on .com are different so it would be hard for us to diagnose your problem (unless the problem is you're trying to list on .com when you intended to list on .co.uk).

thank you, I did not realise I was signed into ebay.com. After about 3h, the normal postage options reappeared, not sure what happened but it looks as if the problem sorted itself.
