Pictures not loading

Pictures not loading when listing. Also thee pictures aren’t showing up on many current listings.

It's a known tech issue affecting both app and web; eBay is working on it. There is a site wide ticket open under ALERT15947

Things like this typically get high priority so hopefully we'll see a fix today.
