Pictures not loading

This started about a month ago the pictures don't load I get blank boxes instead.

Sometimes I'll get one or two pictures. Why am I paying 12% selling fee for apps that don't work? Perhaps I should start selling outside of eBay until the application is better.

I reinstalled it several times, updated, change permissions, and restarted. I am extremely frustrated.

What version number of the app are you using?

Have you tried uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app? If the problem was with a previous installation not installing cleanly, the restart in between uninstalling and installing should ensure a clean install.

Otherwise, try using a browser to reach ebay.com.

Using the Android version of the eBay app, pictures seem to be loading fine for me.

The eBay app is free; the fees you pay are for listing and selling on eBay, not for the app.
