Hey,  received a picture  of proof of purchase via messages mid Feb, remember clicking on it and it opened no probs, now when I try and open its its TINY and when I try zoom in its just a blurry mess, can only do this because I dragged it to my desktop, when I open it from messages its just a blank picture?
hoping someone can help me as I need this pic and seller not responding anymore.

For eBay, any purchase or sale stays in your profile. What exactly is this type of proof of purchase? Did you buy something that was being handled by ebay? Please clarify, thanks.

Thanks for reply, I purchased a pair of trainers/sneakers from a seller on Ebay, they have developed a fault, I asked the seller for proof of purchase, the seller sent me screenshot of order from Nike, I can remember opening it and being able to see it, now the image is tiny/blurry to a point where I can't make out anything in image?
