What's the point of creating inventory and templates if eBay loses the photos? About 10% of my templates no longer have working photos. When I create a new item and view it random pictures don't display. The site tells me to recover the photos but that doesn't work. Then it tells me to call CS and report gallery code 28. Why do I need to waste a ridiculous amount of time on the phone when site can capture this information and forward it without me sitting on hold to tell someone code 28! code 28!

Sheesh.

Not sure if were seeing the same problem described above but none of our images are loading and cant be found on ebay. It is a total mess. Of course, cant contact ebay direct to fix whatever this problem is. This is tremendously frustrating. Ultimately killing our sales. Only gallery image will show. How do we fix and why hasnt ebay dealt with this mess?

This is getting steadily worse. If you click into the listing the pictures show fine. When searching and when editting the pictures don't show. This destroys weeks and weeks of hard work. Very frustrating.

You are lucky if only 10% of your pictures are gone ... I'm missing more that 3/4 of mine. Very unhappy here.

My images are missing from primarily my auctions. I filed a report with EBay on my 4th call to them for assistance...nothing as far as a resolution so far. Selling here for 15 years and never experienced this kind of issue and sales are in the tank! I will assume since so many features are not working for us sellers, the same is more than likely true for buyers as well. I was told it was the "Error 28, expired image",no no no, brand new pics. Supposed to hear from them again in 72 hours, this ought to be interesting!

Having the same issue. Some have 2 out of 12 and some have no photos at all. Been dealing with FB Ebay for business and not gtting anywhere. We have over 125 items in inventory and want to relist but are hesitating due to this issue.
