Photo uploader not working again.

Once again the photo uploader isn't working, just the little spinning green icon.. See screenshot....

the past 10 hrs I've been unable to list anything due to no photos uploading. i receive this message in each photo box instead of my photo:

How long does problem last? Do we know?

I called eBay and was told that it is a issue which they are working on.

Also now I have a completely new selling formate and photo uploader which I really don't like.

Progress......???????
