Photo Issues

As others noted, pictures are not showing on the listings and you can't load pictures into a new listing.

I just noticed there was issue with pictures while viewing a listing.  There were five pictured posted and when I clicked on one they all disappeared.  Must be some kind of update going on.

It's a known tech issue affecting both app and web; eBay is working on it.

Things like this typically get high priority so hopefully we'll see a fix today.

Hey @hawkmoon269! Thank you for the report. Our Product team is currently working on a fix for this issue and there is also a sitewide ticket open under ALERT15947. The Community team will do our best to update as we hear status updates on the ticket.

Thank you but could you please make your reply more visible at the top of the section like an announcement as it was very difficult to dig and find if someone from your dept had replied. I agree its a waste of time for everyone to repost the same problem but its important that Ebay 's response and update be first and foremost on the top of the page and also in the buying section for buyers so we dont waste more time as  our businesses are very compromised & losing money by the minute. It would be helpful to have a restore ETA and /or a mass US email alerting sellers when corrected as we cant sit here all day repeatedly checking in to see what the status or functionality of the site is or  when we are running businesses as we plan our day around listing and answering clients questions. Better communication from Ebay is necessary - thank you.

I stand corrected - it was not showing at 3:15 in the known issue section which showed updated as of 4/28 ?
