eBay payouts not working again. I did not receive a payout yesterday and today. (hundreds of dollars) After talking to a rep, she claimed it was a technical issue. We sellers, get charged eBay fees and ad fees seconds after we receive a payment, but somehow our payouts are delayed due to a 'technical issue', and they do not even reach us to let us know there will be a delay.
