Visa credit cards or gift cards? If they are Vanilla Visa gift cards you won't be able to use them on eBay. Those Vanilla cards have been banned from a lot of retailers due to fraud - best if you can use locally for groceries or something.
If that doesn't answer your question you'll need to provide more details about the errors you're encountering. "Not accepting" tells us essentially nothing to help you troubleshoot.
