Yesterday, ebay said that payment was successful and my order was being processed, yet that didn't happen. I've changed payment method today to see if that makes a difference and it says that they are experiencing technical issues and to pay using a different method. Funds available are there but ebay will not process my order for some reason. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I had a customer message me this morning that they were unable to make a purchase because when they tried they got "sorry we are having technical issues". I sent her a offer through messages and I hope that works. How many more buyers are getting this message and are just going elsewhere? My sales have been down this week and I am starting to wonder if this is the reason.
