PayPal tracking is not loading from eBay shipping. At least a couple weeks ago, this problem started

(for me) however after a couple days, I was able to manually enter eBay's ship tracking.

Now the problem is happening again only its been over week, not just a couple of days.

I can't find any recent threads in a few other discussion categories. so I posted the issue here.

I can't be the only one having this issue, is there a fix in the works?

The tracking numbers are there, just not displaying on the summary page for many of us. (2 weeks in my case)

You get the error because the tracking number is already attached to the transaction. Check the individual transaction details, and the tracking numbers should be visible on those.

PayPal is aware, and claims to be fixing it.

I checked my transaction detail pages, and there they are, tracking numbers, in black and white. Can't say the actual problem is "solved", as PayPal is still "working on it".

My username. You can read it at face value as a statement about the world, or some sort of greenie thing, but that isn't close to its origin.

I'm a fan of science fiction author Fred Saberhagen's Berserker series from the 1960's, and my username on networks back in the late 1970's, and through the early 2000's was berserker.

(these days mostly different usernames everywhere with all fake info and zero PII when possible)

When I went to sign up for an eBay account in 2001, berserker was already taken. I tried some variations and finally out of frustration used berserkerplanet which was a spelling variation of the title "Berserker's Planet" [Book 3 of the series from 1991]. (book was ok, but I'm more a fan of the earlier stuff.)

So my username has it's origins in uncaring, unfeeling, planet destroying machines - space going terminators from before terminators were a glint in Cameron's eye and from before Cylons made an appearance

I am having the same issues, but i do not trust paypal's bots at all. I have a friend who is having the same issue for a month now and they started holding payments because no tracking was going up, and his tracking was on the individual listing. He is still trying to straighten the mess out with Foreign so called reps. So i would make sure you somehow get that tracking in.

My issue goes even further, when i try and enter tracking, a different enter tracking page pops up, it even has a "switch to classic" link that does not work. I put in the tracking on this so called new page, and when i hit "summary", it goes to this horrible new page!

So, what is happening, they hired the ebay india grade school kids to redisgn the site AGAIN, and it's causing all these problems, my opinion is now that PP is unsafe, just like this place with all it's massive problems!

I only wish they would stop lying about WE have asked for these changes. That is a JOKE.

Issue appears to be resolved - at least for me.

Couple of transactions today (10/6/17) updated correctly when I printed shipping labels through eBay, and didn't show as unshipped in PayPal summary.

Hopefully is also fixed for everyone else and will stay fixed.

For the record, not resolved for me, as yet.
I've been holding off calling PayPal, but today (10-10) there's a new issue, customer's names are NOT appearing on the activity or activity with fee pages,
but are on the transaction detail pages.
