Hi,
My ebay account has been inactive for over 6 months because every time I open the ebay website, the following message appears: "Pardon Our Interruption...". I have followed the instructions to fix it but it still doesn't work. Please advise on another effective solution.

What browser are you using? Type and version number?
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Make sure you have the latest version of your browser and that JavaScript is enabled and not blocked:

If you are on a mobile phone and using the eBay app, your phone's default browser may be not recognized by eBay; try changing your default browser to another more common browser.
In some cases, if you are using a bad link and getting stuck in a redirection loop, you can get that error message.
If the problem happens when trying to sign in, see if you can use a different link to sign in.

Are you able to sign in and search on other eBay sites such as ebay.com.au or ebay.co.uk?
