Not allowed to relist an item

Hi everyone!

Here is my case.

My limit is 500$ or 10 listed items. Have listed an auction item, after auction ended, I canceled the order, because something was wrong with buyers address.

Soon, I got the message that buyer was suspended due to suspicious activities. Ebay told me it was not my fault and I did not have to do anything, so the seller fee would not be charged and I could relist my item.

I tried to relist my item, but in seller hub, it was not allowed to me, because I have used my limit for this month!!!

My questions are:

How to solve this issue and how to increase my monthly limit, but not to call ebay, because it is very expensive for me to stay on phone line with USA so long?

you wait til limits reset next month to relist.Your limits will be raised slowly over time as you complete successful sales w happy buyers and no cases

I know next month limits will reset, but why to wait if it was not my fault? By the way, in the message Ebay has sent to me, there is permission to relist it and Ebay redirects me to Seller Hub to do so, but if I go to Seller Hub, I have no permission to do that?!

There is a way to talk/message real live ebay people on facebook. I thought I had the link but can't find it.  Maybe search "ebay facebook". Maybe someone can help this poor woman?
