I just went to print a packing slip for an order that was paid for today and find a weird issue I have never seen before:
Item subtotal $14.95
Shipping $10.85
Sales Tax (ebay collected) $1.29
ebay discount -$27.09
Order total $0.00
Now the problem is, I didn't give any ebay "discounts" and shipping is this new USPS Advantage . It only appears on the packing slip. The way I read it, looks like I refunded the whole sale. I maybe out the entire amount including the shipping? Im Not giving stuff away....
I printed postage 2 days ago for another order and had no problems. Note: that this is the only place this discount appears. Strange how it discounted entire amount, exactly. Any Ideas out there? Bug in the system? Leave it to ebay to mess something up that was working...

The buyer had an eBay discount. eBay covered that discount and you received payment in full.
Packing slip is for the buyer, not the seller, so it's going to show the buyer what they paid. And it appears your buyer had an eBay-sponsored discount or perhaps a site credit.
No errors. You're good to go.

Well, I wondered about that. But there was no explanation, anywhere else. First time for me to come across that in my 20 yrs on ebay. With all the shipping changes I wouldn't be surprised if there was a problem. Thanks for the info.
