PROMOTED LISTINGS

CAN'T SEE MY PROMOTED LISTINGS.  BRINGS ME TO A PAGE THAT SAYS CREATE YOUR FIRST CAMPAIGN.  WELL IF I DON'T HAVE ANY PROMOTED LISTINGS ON RIGHT NOW, I SHOULDN'T BE GETTING CHARGED A PROMOTED LISTING FEE THEN.

If you had promoted  Listings at anytime within 30 days and you had watchers or buyers clicked on them you will be charged the promoted listing fee even though you stopped promoting.

@a_dame_and_her_pets_collectibles eBay has messed up the link in Seller Hub Overview under Selling Tools - if you click the link in that module that says Promoted Listings, it now takes you to the PL Welcome page, as you've discovered.

Hopefully they'll fix it soon, but in the meantime, if you want to access your currently running campaigns, the Advertising Dashboard under the Marketing tab at the top of the page should still get you there.

I have a bunch of promoted listings on right now.  They just messed up another link apparently.
