Received a message that a buyer opened a case due to not-receipt of her package, I opened the page and listed the tracking info which clearly showS the package has been delivered, & submitted the proper info, when I hit the continue/send button, I receive the following message "Page not Responding".
So, eBay, did this information get sent or not? It is vitally IMPORTANT that these pages get responded to as there is a time-limit involved. Seems it would be of upmost importance to repair this incorrect response IMMEDIATELY!

look and see who is awaiting a response? if it's you, then it probably did not go through, if it's them that says is awaiting their response then you are good to go..
