Hello,
Our shop on Ebay.com is showing 10x less items than in Ebay.co.uk, all other sites are showing correct, only US site looks like has a bug, because filters are not working also. Is this happening only for us or for anybody else?
https://www.ebay.com/str/tommystudios 968 items
https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/tommystudios 12289
Inside ebay, everything looks like okay and showing all item on US site, but from outside you can see only 968

Are you using the same location to calculate your shipping? Try sorting "Nearest first" to see which location is being used on each site. The location used to calculate shipping can affect which listings are shown.
When I search using my US location, I see 11,000+ results in either the US or the UK.

On the first .com link I'm seeing 11,699 items. When I scroll down and click see all items I'm seeing 11,663.
On the second .co.uk link I'm seeing 11,560 items. When I scroll down and click see all items I'm seeing 11,552.
In addition to the advice posted above, I'd suggest making sure your shipping settings aren't excluding desired shipping locations.
Due to the large number of listings it's probably search algorithms at play, but look at it this way: most people aren't going to browse through 11-12k items. Instead they will either search by category or key words to narrow things down.
If you're concerned, do some targeted searches that will narrow down results so it'll be easier to pinpoint any potential issues.
I used your store category filters and narrowed down to Mens --> Hats. On .com I see 61 results on .co.uk I see 58 results. That's the type of thing I'd explore further because with the bigger picture it's going to be impossible to tell if anything is actually wrong. Looking at small targeted groups of listings make it easier to see any disconnect and what might be causing it (like a shipping setting, buyer location, etc).
