I have taken screen shots from my iphone to try and attach them to this post but it says file is too big. Here is the error message I get for that. The file F912F5FD-B0FF-4161-BF5E-2AD9E0BD2794.jpeg exceeds the maximum file size of 3072K. Reduce the file size and try again. Why can this not be an easy process?
@beautyinterrupted sorry to hear this is happening to you. It's actually a "known issue" that has been going on for over a month.
An eBay community rep responded here with a ticket number to contact support and add yourself to.

Since you've already contacted support that may not help, but unfortunately there's not much else to do until eBay fixes the issue.
