Order taking long time

I ordered Channel foundation on sept 6 and still haven’t received it yet. I paid. It has been over two weeks. I got my confirmation. I contacted the seller what is taking so long and no reply.

You have already tried contacting seller, but no response. What is the expected delivery date? If not received by that date, file an item not received for a refund.

A lot of missing details here.  Where is the item coming from, US or overseas.  What was the seller's handling time? What is the estimated delivery date?  Count business days, and you will see not a lot of time has passed.  Check your purchase history for all of these details.

If you purchased on 9/6, it has been 12 days...not over 2 weeks. Since 9/6 was a holiday, it has been 8 business days.

But all that matters is the estimated delivery date shown in your My eBay Purchase History. If that date hasn't passed, then the item isn't late. If it has passed, you can report an item not as described to get a refund using the option next to the transaction.
