I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a problem with eBay. First let me mention that for all of my listings, I add volume discounts immediately as I'm listing it. (Buy 2 or more, save 5%...buy 3 or more, save 10%...etc).
Now I have about 10 separate listings that are all related, so I wanted to offer a discount to customers that would purchase 2 or more of them. To do this, I went to Promotions, Order Discount, then selected "Extra 20% off 3+Items."
When I go into one of my listings that I added to the promoo, it does not display the other listings that are part of my promotion (like it does in this eBay graphic: https://ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/pics/sc/build-your-business/boost-profits/manage-your-promotio...)
Could it be that the volume discount that I offer when I create the listing is not allowing the order discount promotion to show up?
