I see text indications of items that are shipped or delivered at the top of each transaction in the Purchase History when using a desktop browser or the eBay app.
Try another browser to see if that makes a difference for you. If so, try clearing your browser cache.
If you're referring to the status bar on the app, I'm not having any trouble seeing it on the latest version of iOS app. I suggest downloading the latest version of the app if you're not already using it. If the app is glitchy, sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling helps.
If you're referring to the "order details" page, I see the paid -- shipped -- delivered status bar on the web version, too.
If you're referring to the graphic icons that used to be on the web version, eBay removed them. Instead of the icons there are now tabs at the top of the page where you can filter for items awaiting FB, awaiting payment, shipped, etc.
