I have this printing issue for about a couple of weeks now. It only printed as landscape not portrait and it did not give me a layout option in the printer box.
Firstly I thought it was my printer. I re-checked, reset, called Epson Tech Support... did not work. After went through all the troubleshoots Epson told me it was eBay site not my printer.
I called eBay on 11/18/21. eBay customer service said she report the problem with Tech support, it would resolve in 4 to 5 days. I called back on 11/22/21 with the same printing issue, this time eBay customer service said eBay recognized that was a global issue and they would try to fix it but she did not give me any time frame. Today is 11/23 and obvious that I still have the same printing problem, could not print my details order in portrait.
Contacting eBay was another issue, I read some posts in here and I felt the same way. I don't think they understand and value their customers.
I have been ordering on Amazon for the last few weeks now. I love Amazon's professionalism and with my Amazon Prime membership that I paid yearly I enjoy all the benefits of it.

Can you post a screenshot of the print pop-up?
What browser are you using @pagercell14341 and have you tried a different browser?

Workaround is to select Printer Friendly and use "CTRL P", or select "Print Using System Dialog". This works in Firefox, but may not in other browsers.
