Options on Account Settings Page on PC doesn't link to anything

So, I ordered something from ebay without an account and after the order was placed, I got a small notification that I can still make an account, so this time I thought, why not, some of the info will already be filled in. The problem is that I set my order to different name as I have someone else pick it up when it arrives and so the account has the wrong name, I tried to change it but on the Account Settings page the options doesn't have links, they're blank.

I looked at the html of the page and they're blank, I can't access any of the options from that page, not only the account information but everything under the My eBay doesn't work, in the html it is everything inside the div of account-tab-wrapper class.

Just to be sure I'll link the URL of the page that does this Account Settings (ebay.com).

I have seen several posts from users in central Europe registered on ebay.com that are getting similar errors.

I tried using german site and it allows me to click on the options but now there is different problem, as expected.

That upstream error message pops up from time to time. Try refreshing the page.

The page loads and there are options but they aren't doing anything, they become underlined when mouse hovers over them, but clicking doesn't work.
