Option to open cart in new tab or new window not appearing

Other than most pages on eBay needing to be refreshed over and over again to get them to finally load I noticed another weird issue that could be effecting sales. If you want to go to your cart but want it to open in a new tab or new window you just hover your mouse over the cart and right click it. When using Microsoft Edge on a fully updated Windows 10 PC I am running into a issue were I right click and instead I get the wrong options box to share and save a picture. Usually when this happens it takes 2 to 7 right clicks till the correct box appears. On some occasions I have even had to right click up to 12 or 14 times. While I know I can always just left click and open the cart that way at times you do not want to lose the current page you are on. I checked this using google chrome and it does not seam to be doing this. Bellow is a screen shoot of the wrong options box that is coming up fallowed by the correct options box.

There also appears to be some kind of error when uploading pictures to postings. I  got the error a few times but forgot to take a screen shoot.

I tried Edge and I see the same behavior you describe.

One thing I have noticed -- the "Share picture" dropdown seems to appear if the cursor is directly on top of the blue lines of the cart icon. Moving the cursor just off of the cart icon, or even to the white space interior of the icon seems to be enough to allow the standard "Open in a new tab" dropdown to appear.

Apparently something about how that icon is now rendered in Edge is causing problems -- I do not recall this happening previously.

It is fairly new issue and a tech savvy user will not get discouraged. However it could cause some buyers to become frustrated and give up rather than just load the page using a left click. I just thought it may be worth posting so eBay could eventually look at it. It is one of those things that would take hours to explain to their support reps who them most likely would not report the bug so I put it in here. I played around with it some more and I thing you are right that right clicking the edge or outline works but the center image does nothing. This is odd as the center is were you normally would click. Also I noticed once you get the option to work right it stops on that tab and only happens again when you open a new tab.

Also it seams to be effecting the reminders bell icon too.

Not really the point, but I kinda hate Edge. I know it's all what we get used to, but I have a Windows 10 machine with Edge and far prefer to use a Chrome browser.
