Option for existing Shipping Rate Table missing?

I've got a shipping rate table which sorts countries by their Delcon status. Took me a while to get it working. Now any time I start a new listing it asks me to "CREATE" a new table and I can't figure out how to get back the little pulldown that showed the name of the most recent existing table (either in the listing itself or on the page for creating the SRT).

For now I am going back to old listings in which the rate table is already entered and modifying the item-specific content to generate new listings.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry folks. My mistake. You have to pick "Flat, same cost to all buyers" under international shipping, and then the old shipping rate table option pops up. Thanks for looking. Mike
